Tsamchoe
We derive temporary happiness from our family, friends, wealth, property, good food and clothes. However, this kind of happiness mostly results in suffering. Therefore, the most important practice in this life is to transform our mind, through our thoughts, speech and action.
I feel very fortunate to be born as a Tibetan Buddhist, to meet great spiritual teachers, and to have the support of my fellow retreatants. Many of us know each other well and have spent time together in Colorado. It is such good karma to be able to do a three year retreat,
and such good karma for my future lives. By doing 3 year retreat,I hope to benefit others by
transforming my mind to Dharma.
